  • 125 g amandelpoeder<\/li>
  • 125 g kristalsuiker<\/li>
  • 125 g zachte boter<\/li>
  • 2 eieren<\/li>
  • 1 eidooier<\/li>
  • 1 boon<\/li><\/ul>

    Verwarm uw oven voor op 220\u00b0C.<\/p>

    In een kom, werk de boter en suiker samen tot het mengsel homogeen en “schuimig” is. Voeg het amandelpoeder en de 2 eieren toe. Meng goed.<\/p>

    Rol het deeg uit op de bakplaat terwijl u het bakpapier behoudt. Vul het midden met de frangipane en spreid deze uit tot 2 cm van de rand. Plaats de boon.<\/p>

    Dek af met het tweede bladerdeegvel. Verzegel de twee deeglagen door met uw vingers rondom te drukken, draai dan de rand om als een zoom en druk deze aan om hermetisch af te sluiten. Markeer de rand met de tanden van een vork.<\/p>

    Gebruik een kwastje om de taart met verdunde eidooier in te smeren. Teken met een mespunt ruitvormige patronen op de bovenkant. Prik de taart op een paar plaatsen lichtjes in om te voorkomen dat deze opzwelt.<\/p>

    Bak de taart ongeveer 25 minuten in de oven (de taart moet goed goudbruin zijn, zowel boven- als onder).<\/p>

    De tip van Happy-Oma-Opa: voeg 1 eetlepel rum toe aan uw frangipane om uw taart een unieke smaak te geven. Wedden dat men om uw geheim zal vragen!<\/p>
